My work here is done. We tried to get carbonation working right in the brite tank…. thought it was the CO2, but the cider is just picking up bubbles at the pace of an old Basset Hound. Going out to enjoy a beautiful, sunny PNW day.

Apparently our bottles are lost in the snow.. how’s this even possible?? Let us know if you see them — they’re clear, so you can’t see them per se. Plus, our kegs are somewhere on I-5, we think they’re in the Costco parking lot but we’re not certain. Not sure how one loses such things, but I’m trying to stay positive for the team! We got this thing…
