PIANISSIMO

Pink Pearl is a pink-fleshed apple first bred in California in the 1940’s by renowned apple breeder Albert Etter. It is characterized by its robust pink flesh and sweet-tart flavor. Fermented with a carefully selected yeast strain to preserve and highlight the color and fruity flavors of the Pink Pearl apple. Notes of blueberry, cherry, and black currant are accentuated by a pleasant balance of sugars and acids.
